LABOUR OF LOVE FOR LUXTON
Putoline Motorcycle oils are proud to celebrate supported rider BEN LUXTON winning the 2020 National Superstock 600 Championship. 25 year old Ben, from Cheshire, built on his 5th place in the 2019 series to put in a dominant season in this years’ shortened 8-round battle. Again riding the JR Performance Racing Kawasaki ZX-6R, Ben faced stiff competition from the Yamaha of Rhys Irwin, but with five wins from eight starts, and never finishing lower than 5th, Ben wrapped up the title at the season finale at Brands Hatch.
On top of this magnificent effort, seen by hundreds of thousands of TV viewers who couldn’t attend this year, Ben also found time to be part of the three-man JR Racing squad that clinched the ACU No Limits Racing National 600 Endurance championship, winning three and finishing second in the quartet of four hour events. Whilst Putoline offer some of the most advanced fully synthetic performance motorcycle oils with their new N-Tech range, the JR Performance squad underlined the depth of their quality products by using the premium semi-synthetic Sport 4R, a popular choice for road bike riders that can also power Ben Luxton’s charge to a championship-well done Ben!
